This is Saratoga Group’s second QOF (Qualified Opportunity Fund). We invest exclusively in existing Mobile Home Communities (MHCs) located in Opportunity Zones. We are able to improve on the existing cash flow by investing in capital improvements, bringing in brand new homes and applying “best practices” to the operations. Our $15M fund will purchase 10+ assets. We currently have 5 communities under escrow: a) 2 communities outside Austin TX b) 2 communities in Daytona Beach FL and c) 1 community in Greenville NC.
